The fast freeze process means an ice cream that has low sugar, a smooth texture, NO emulsifiers, NO flavourings (artificial or natural), NO preservatives and above all tasty flavours.

Perhaps best of all there is NO overrun as with normal ice cream which can contain up to 50% AIR.

Unsatisfied with the standard ice cream then customize it to your tastes.
